Orders & Shipping

What are the shipping times?

Orders are normally processed within 24/48 hours of confirmation. Delivery takes 2–5 working days, depending on the destination. In case of periods of high demand, times may be slightly extended

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is shipped. You will be able to follow the shipment in real time.

How much are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on orders over €40. Below that, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

What happens if I entered an incorrect address?

If you notice an error in the address, please contact us immediately at support@cristianabellodi.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will correct it.

Can I change or cancel an order after I have placed it?

We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been confirmed. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@cristianabellodi.com indicating your order number:

  • If it has not yet been prepared or shipped, we will be able to cancel or modify it.
  • if it has been sent it will not be possible to intervene.

We recommend that you carefully check all the details (products, quantities, address) before completing the purchase.

Returns & Refunds

How do I start a return request?

Simply contact us by email indicating your order number and the reason. We will provide you with all the instructions to proceed quickly and easily. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We evaluate case by case, replacement or refund

When will I receive my refund?

Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be issued within 7 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

I don't know which fragrance to choose, can you help me?

Of course. Every scent must be experienced, which is why we offer our Discovery Kits: a simple and sensorial way to explore different compositions.

Alternatively, you can write to us: we will be happy to advise you based on your tastes, occasions of use and your olfactory sensitivity.

Are the products packaged for gift giving?

All our products are cared for in the smallest details and packaged with elegant and sustainable materials. Everything is designed to enhance the gesture of the gift without the need for additions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Satispay and cash on delivery (surcharge). All payments are secure and encrypted.

Can I request an invoice?

Yes, by entering your correct billing information during checkout or by contacting us after purchase.

Can I purchase without registering?

Yes, it is possible to complete the order as a guest, but by creating an account you will be able to track your orders and immediately receive a dedicated discount.

Do you offer assistance after purchase?

Yes. We remain available for advice, clarifications or problems related to your order. Support is part of the care we dedicate to each customer.

How does the digital gift card work?

Our gift card is digital and can be purchased as a regular product on the store. After purchase, you will receive an email with a unique code to use at checkout.

It can be used to purchase any product on the site and, if the amount is not used up, the remaining balance will remain available for future purchases.

You can also give it as a gift to someone by selecting the "I want to send it as a gift" option for:

  • Enter the recipient's name and email address
  • Add a custom message

The card will be automatically emailed to the recipient on the day of purchase, with your message.
